All our products are fully inspected. If the buyer receives the goods and finds any problems, please contact us in time within 24 hours. The round-trip postage is described as follows:
(1) : The buyer receives the goods within 7 days of the quality problem, the round-trip postage to bear the store!
(Please pay the freight first when you send, our company does not accept any collect; We received the broken goods will help you replace the goods and return the freight money to you.
(2) : Within 7~15 days, the postage must be borne by the buyer!
(3) : 15 days after the return postage is borne by the buyer!
Attention:
Because the lithium battery is a consumable product, the battery please receive the goods to check whether the battery is used normally, and in the future use of standard use, without protection lithium battery is strictly prohibited to clean the power consumption, be sure to keep the battery still have more electricity to charge
As long as the power is not exhausted, it can be used for a long time, because the battery does not have memory, there is no life span, and the battery is exhausted once.
Whether with or without a protective battery, if it is idle for a long time, it needs to be stored with electricity, otherwise self-discharge may cause the battery to break.
If there is no problem within 24 hours of receiving the goods, it will be considered normal. If the battery is found to be faulty after 24 hours, the warranty will not be given. Please pay attention to the buyer
Incomplete receipt of goods:
The buyer must confirm whether the package is in good condition before signing the goods.
Under the premise of intact packaging, if the buyer finds that the goods are missing, please do the following:

(2) : Return the package of goods to its original appearance and take photos with a digital camera
Send the package tracking number and the actual weight of the goods, as well as the existing packaging pictures to the after-sales service, we will check the package information and reply!
Receipt of damaged goods:
All our products are strict before delivery, all goods are qualified finished products!
If the buyer finds that the goods are damaged, it must be caused by express transportation, do not sign! Because once signed, the express will default to no problem, and then go back to the theory will not help! For your sake and mine, remember to check before signing!
